As Chairman of CHB Engineering Ltd, Synergy Façade Systems Ltd and Sinotech Ltd, he drives sustainable growth and innovation. He also serves as Director of M/s. Bengal Tradeways Ltd., His influence extends into the banking sector as well, where he holds membership on the Board of Directors of Uttara Bank Limited and serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Bank. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Asif Rahman is a committed philanthropist and social activist, dedicating time and resources to causes that uplift communities and foster positive change. She started her career heading the Creative Glass Department at Studio45, a family-owned business, and later managed projects setting up Warid Telecom outlets across Bangladesh — experiences that laid a strong foundation for her diverse professional journey. As the Managing Director of CHB Engineering Ltd, Ms. Rushmilla leads the company’s strategic direction with a strong focus on project management, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. She also serves as the Founder & CEO of Kidzio, reflecting her entrepreneurial vision beyond engineering. Ms. Rushmilla is known for her hands-on leadership, collaborative approach, and dedication to excellence. She believes in empowering teams and building sustainable systems for long-term growth.
